These Terms and Conditions of Sale, which the buyer declares to accept without restriction or reservation, apply to all sales concluded via the website https://www.cardokey.com.

Definition

The term “Customer” refers to any natural or legal person wishing to make or having made a purchase on the website https://www.cardokey.com. The term “Customer” also refers to the recipient of the goods, even if this person differs from the purchaser.

Freemindtronic is a research and development company based in the Principality of Andorra. It specializes in cybersecurity and safety, designing, developing, and manufacturing patented, white-label technologies and products across multiple sectors dedicated to the protection of sensitive data, digital identities, and secure communications. Freemindtronic’s proprietary technologies are identifiable by the prefix “Evi”, followed by the functional area of application: EviToken, EviVault, EviCypher, EviPass, EviSign, EviAuth, EviCloud, EviSwap, EviKeyboard, EviDNS, EviPC, EviPDF, EviCoffee, EviOTP, EviBITB, EviCrypt, EviPro, EviPlus, EviLite, EviOne, EviCard, EviTag, EviAlpha, and EviStorage. In addition to its technologies, Freemindtronic owns original registered trademarks such as Cardokey™, DataShielder™, and PassCypher™, which are commercialized by Fullprotect Andorra, the official sales entity of Freemindtronic. The Cardokey™ ecosystem leverages multiple patented encryption technologies, including:  

• EviSwap NFC HSM, a contactless digital identity and NFC vCard generation technology detailed at https://freemindtronic.com/technology/eviswap-contactless-digital-identity-creator-nfc-vcard/,
• and the latest EviSwap HSM PGP technology, which enables local, offline asymmetric encryption (PGP) for secure badge creation, digital identity management, and event data protection.

These technologies are integrated into the Cardokey™ product line, which includes a 100% free version available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. This free version allows users to independently create NFC vCards and read encrypted QR Code badges generated by Cardokey Pro Badge. Cardokey Pro and Cardokey Security are premium solutions. Cardokey Pro is designed for comprehensive event badge management (offline or online), while Cardokey Security extends its functionality to security staff, enabling verification and control of digital and NFC badges at event entry and exit points.

1 – Introduction

The Cardokey™ online platform provides a secure environment for purchasing software and digital services related to encrypted digital identity and badge creation. These services include both free and paid tools distributed under the Cardokey™ trademark. Customers may access and use the site to purchase licensed software and digital utilities designed and developed by Freemindtronic®, and distributed commercially by Fullprotect Andorra.

Before confirming any order, users are invited to carefully review the current Terms and Conditions of Sale, which define the contractual framework applicable to all Cardokey™ transactions. Use of this website implies full acceptance of these terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all Cardokey™ products and services are sold under the EXW (Ex Works) incoterm.

This means that the only obligation of Fullprotect Andorra is to make the goods available at the production site. The Customer bears all shipping, customs, and handling costs, as well as the risk of transportation. However, for digital products such as Cardokey Pro or Cardokey Security, access is granted via secure digital delivery methods after payment confirmation. The applicable delivery terms and conditions for digital products are specified in the purchase summary.

2 – Our data

3.1 Service Availability

When an order is placed on https://www.cardokey [.] com, the customer is considered to be of legal age under the applicable laws of their country of residence. The products and services available on this site are distributed within the European Union and other supported international markets. The list of eligible countries and territories may be updated at any time at the discretion of Fullprotect Andorra. Customers located outside supported territories cannot benefit from digital delivery or shipment if the delivery address does not fall within an eligible region.

3.2 Purchase Warranties

All products and services available on this website are designed and developed by Freemindtronic® and commercially distributed by Fullprotect Andorra. They meet the required quality and warranty standards in accordance with Andorran law. Each product is presented with the following information:

• Size, weight, and technical features
• Availability status
• Instructions for use
• Price in Euros

Fullprotect Andorra makes every effort to ensure product visuals reflect reality; however, variations may occur due to screen configurations. Colors on screen may not be fully accurate. Promotions and discounts remain valid until the specified expiration date or while supplies last. Product warranties follow the legal warranty period established in Article 35 of the Andorran Constitution. Fullprotect Andorra is responsible for product conformity within five (5) years of delivery.

3.3 Purchase Procedure

To place an order, customers must add selected products to the shopping cart. The cart displays each item, reference, and price including taxes. Shipping fees are calculated separately. Customers must enter accurate personal information required to process the order. This data will be stored in the CardoKey™ client database and processed in accordance with the site’s Privacy Policy. Once the order is confirmed, the user will receive:

• A detailed summary of the order
• Final price (including taxes and shipping)
• Confirmation via email, including product information and order reference

Customers may pay via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfer, or check. Payments are processed securely by our financial partners. A transaction confirmation and order reference number will be generated and sent to the customer.

3.4 Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable, Cardokey [.] com will notify the customer and offer a refund or lead time update.

3.5 Right to Refuse Orders

Fullprotect Andorra reserves the right to refuse or cancel any confirmed order under the following circumstances:

• Technical error in pricing or product data
• Product unavailability
• Suspected fraud detected by security systems
• Customer is a minor
• Invalid or unsupported shipping address

In such cases, any payments received will be refunded in full.

4 – Prices and Payment

4.1 Payment Currency

All prices are in Euros (EUR). Customers may select their destination country to view product pricing. Prices may vary based on delivery location. Prices displayed do not include shipping or handling fees unless specified. Payments must be made in full, in a single transaction.

4.2 Taxes and Customs Duties

Buyers are responsible for verifying import conditions and taxes (e.g., VAT, customs, duties) based on their country’s regulations. Taxes and duties may apply depending on the shipping destination and are the buyer’s responsibility. Freemindtronic® and Fullprotect Andorra are not liable for tax or customs charges imposed by destination authorities.

4.3 Payment Methods

Bank transfer details will be sent after order confirmation. Payment must be made within three (3) days. Any banking fees must be covered by the customer.

4.4 Payment Security

All transactions use SSL encryption and comply with Secure Electronic Commerce (3D Secure) standards such as Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode. In case of suspicious activity, CardoKey reserves the right to verify personal information or cancel the order.

4.5 Purchase Limits

Cardokey [.] com does not allow product purchases for resale. Orders may not exceed €1,500 or 40 items. Customers requiring bulk purchases must contact the sales department.

5 – Delivery

The customer must inspect the delivery upon receipt. Any damage must be recorded on the delivery note or the delivery refused. Failure to do so releases CardoKey from liability. Products are shipped using local and international carriers. Estimated delivery ranges from 5 to 10 working days depending on destination. Tracking is provided when available. Shipping fees are calculated based on selected delivery options and appear before payment. PO boxes or military addresses are not eligible for delivery. Shipping terms may change without notice.

6 – Return Policy for Unopened Products

6.1 Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within five (5) calendar days after purchase without justification. To cancel an order, a written notice must be sent by mail or email to:

We remind you not to send payment or card details via email. If the product has not been collected by the carrier, all payments including shipping costs will be refunded. Otherwise, delivery fees may be deducted. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days using the same payment method as the original transaction. If the product has already been delivered, the customer must return it within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 Refund Process

Returned items must be new, unopened, and in original packaging. Once verified, a refund will be issued within 3 to 12 days. If the wrong product was shipped, CardoKey will cover all exchange and return costs.

7 – Registration

Customer information collected during registration is used solely for processing orders and improving user experience. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
